The establishment of Debi-thalê Sêdè suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Debi-thalê Sêdè which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.

Debi-thalê Sêdè was built using the conventions of Iron Elf durring the late 16th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Debi-thalê Sêdè is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature masoned stone construction which prominantly features pointed arches, pointed ribbed vault cielings, flying buttress', and window tracery all of which share a simmilar gemoetetic patern halfway between organic and inorganic in design formaing a very distinct aesthetically integrated style. BUildings tend to reach for the havens, and more expencive homes are easily identified by their floor count as well as the addition of decorative features intigrated into the building's design such as statues, gargoyals, and embelished joinery.

Debi-thalê Sêdè is buildings are located arround a single premissive paverstone mainstreet which forms a clockwise spiral to give the city a over all circular shape. The city is the proud owner of a proper castle-style stone wall complete with all of the trimmings. It has towers, a moat, gatehouses, drawbridges, and even merticulationsshortsizeleadershipname.. Unfortuantly, these perhapse unnessisarily well built defences are in extreem disrepair, so much so that one cannot tell if they are decaying from a lack of mantance or damage incured.

A look around Debi-thalê Sêdè has something terribly wrong with it. It’s impossible to put one’s finger on, but something is horribly wrong. Maybe it’s the way fog blankets the ground, but only in the connors of places. Maybe it’s the vermin scutteling between shadows in the corner of your eyes. Perhaps it’s the overcast sky which seemed to creep out of nowhere, or the distant howling of wolves. Maybe it’s all of those things together, or perhaps it's the way these elements combine with the abundance of schools, libraries, and other academic structures. Locals can be overheard having academic discussions, as well as talking about scholarly subjects in general. It’s quite clear the city places a lot of value on education and being a learned individual. Regardless, you do not feel it would be wise to remain in Debi-thalê Sêdè long.

The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Debi-thalê Sêdè lost 189 people, 170 livestock, and 66 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 188, when members of Debi-thalê Sêdè's militia enacted an operation to delay the operations of the enemy. The operation was complicated by a key segment of the operation that deepened entirely on a stealth mission going perfectly. The conflict ended with needing to break through the enemy's lines, which ended in a crushing defeat for Debi-thalê Sêdè's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Debi-thalê Sêdè's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
